Terms of Service for iOS app

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the app you accept these Terms and any future revisions.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

HSK Software Inc. is not a medical provider. All workouts and advice are general-fitness guidance.

• Consult a qualified professional before starting.

• Stop use if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

You assume all risks of injury.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

1. Platform – Subscriptions are enabled through Unity In-App Purchasing and are billed to your Apple ID.

2. Auto-renewal – Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation and again 24 hours before each renewal period.

3. Price changes – We may change prices at our sole discretion. Apple will notify you in advance; you can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Manage / cancel – Open Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds, if any, are managed by Apple.

5. Trials – A free trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before trial end.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, artwork, and content are owned by HSK or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license for private, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You will not:

a) reverse-engineer or modify the app,

b) violate any law, or

c) infringe copyrights in distributed content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms. Clauses 2, 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSK Software Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—or for personal injury—arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HSK harmless against any claims or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Vancouver, BC.
