2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the information that Apple and Unity provide to us automatically:

• Purchase and subscription details – Apple’s App Store and Unity In-App Purchasing send us read-only receipts that confirm whether your subscription is active so we can unlock premium content.

• Crash reports – If you have opted in to share analytics with Apple, we receive anonymised crash summaries to help us fix bugs.

• Basic device metadata – Unity includes non-identifying data such as device model and locale inside the purchase receipt so the transaction works correctly.

• No other data – We do not create user accounts, ask for your name or email address, collect fitness or health information, or embed third-party advertising/analytics SDKs.

All of this information is stored on Apple’s and Unity’s own servers. HSK never exports, copies, or stores it on our own infrastructure.

3. How data is shared

Apple and Unity act as independent data controllers under their respective privacy policies. HSK does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone else.

4. International transfers

Any cross-border data movement is handled solely by Apple and Unity, who rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other legal safeguards. HSK itself holds no personal data outside your device.

5. Your rights

To access, correct, or delete personal data, contact Apple through Settings › Apple ID › Data & Privacy or Unity customer service.

6. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will notify you on our website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
